Completely honest and transparent, going above and beyond (at all times of day and night) to get the sale completed. He has huge local knowledge and used this to find our perfect buyer. Being remote he was our ‘eyes on the ground’ and was in and out of the property at the drop of the hat to answer all the questions that inevitably pop-up during a sale.

My property was on the market with a well known Estate agent for almost 10 months and after having had approximately over ninety viewings they could not secure a sale.
As I was in a hurry to sell the property, I was recommended by a neighbour to allow Sealy Estate to market my property.

I contacted Reggie, and told him that my property must be sold within three months, and Reggie had convinced me that he could try and secure a sale with within the specified time.

One early morning Reggie had contacted me to inform me he had found me a buyer who was interested and was ready to complete the sale within sixty days. At first, I thought it was some kind of a joke and I told him that I was not convinced. But to my surprise the next morning my Solicitor had emailed me all the necessary paperwork. I was quite surprised that the exchange & completion was done on the same day in just under sixty days.

Reggie is a very honest, pleasant and friendly gentleman with good interpersonal skills. He puts in a lot of effort to make sure that he can secure a sale. You can call him at anytime time of the day, even after the closing hours and he never ignores your calls. If he had missed your calls, he would automatically return your call on the same day which other Estate Agents would never do.
